I’ve been working hard to stay in great shape the past year, so I couldn’t understand why my body wasn’t just healing itself. When I got to BackFit, I was initially nervous but immediately felt more comfortable as soon as I met the staff. Everyone at the front desk has been nothing short of amazing - so helpful and SO nice. During my consultation, I found out that the issue wasn’t just a “tweak,” but something that has been building for a while. However, I felt at ease with the plan from the DC. You’re gonna love it here.” And man, was she right. Ever since I’ve been in, I’ve had nothing but great experiences. The staff is AMAZING! I feel like they’re more like friends than staff which makes me feel so comfortable there. They are also extremely helpful, even if it’s about another pain problem that’s not my primary focus. I look forward to going to PT every week. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. They help me discover that I have an autoimmune disease and have been fantastic every step of the way. Im not going to name names because literally EVERY single member of their staff has been amazing to be around! They push you just enough because they want you to get better! Very friendly, very helpful. I was initially a bit skeptical when I started coming but now they're like family and that's so important when you're trying to heal! The staff is very informative and very good at offering you every option available to get you feeling better, even if it's something they don't offer themselves! I had bones fused in my foot 5 years ago and have had serious back issues ever since. The surgery on my foot also resulted in serious balance, walking, and general core and right leg muscle activation issues. After three weeks of treatment I no longer have severe back pain issues and am able to do regular weekend chores. Before treatment I was pretty much on my back all weekend. With the back issues alleviated I can now work on building back the muscle memory and strength in my right leg. It is a process, not an easy fix, and the atmosphere the folks at Backfit Ocotillo create make me want to stick to my plan. Thanks guys! read less

After years of being told my only options were drugs and surgery coming to Superior was refreshing. No drugs, no surgery. My hip was so bad I could not walk to the mailbox. I had stem cell and I received 80% improvement. Since then I have had stem cell in my shoulder, knees and my lower back. I feel better no longer on all the diabetes meds because I am more active. I was involved in a roll over accident the hospital where I was at for a few weeks. told me it would take up to 6 months to a year to get back on my feet. range and motion in my elbow was very bad I kept getting drop foot out of no where on my right leg all the time. and when I first started here at the Gilbert location everyone saw how much of a bad shape I was in. and right away we got to work with medical and physical therapy treatments. and with the help and positive vibes from everyone here. it only took me 4 months to get alot of range and motion back in my elbow I stopped getting drop foot. and now I am back at work on light duty. I was having a hard time sitting and was in constant pain with my tail bone. I also have Neuropathy in my feet. I'm now able to sit for long periods of time without pain and most days I have no pain in my tail bone. Everyone is friendly and I love coming in when Hannah is working. She is so bubbly and no matter what mood I come in with, I always leave smiling. I have been to Chiroprator's before but never enjoyed them or stayed with them. They also have the best massage therapist, Joel. I can't say enough good things about the staff at the Phoenix location. Oh and Veronica is awesome too! read less
