ZACHARY BARTLETT, PA-C
PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT – CHANDLER LOCATION
Zachary Bartlett M.S., PA-C, joins Backfit after spending 10 years working in
Emergency Medicine. Zak has also worked in Cardiology, Inpatient Internal
Medicine, Gastroenterology, Urgent Care, and Interventional Pain Management.
I grew up in a very athletic family, which created a passion for health and human
performance. My passion led to athletic scholarships, which led to a career-ending
knee injury. After healing from my injury, I became inspired to help other people
heal, as others had done for me.
I worked full-time in EMS as an EMT/Paramedic while obtaining my Bachelor of
Science in Kinesiology and Human Performance from Louisiana State University. I
went on to attain my Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from AT Still
University, with Honors.
I have always been intrigued by how the human body functions. Having provided
care to patients in so many different settings has created my wellness-based
approach to treating patients. My goal is to provide effective, integrated, and
compassionate care to my patients.
I enjoy spending my free time with my wife and two children. I stay active through
participating in all-things-sports, as well as hiking, music, travel, and cross-fit.
