Our BackFit Surprise is very conveniently located just off AZ Loop 303 in the Costco parking lot. If coming off the 303 take Exit 114, Waddell Rd, and head East. From the 303, we are located on the south side of Waddell Rd right before you get to Costco.  If you are coming from the east, we are located just past Sarival Ave after Costco.
