Dr. Josefina Smith Biography
Dr. Josefina Smith graduated from Chico State with a degree in Kinesiology emphasizing in Biomechanical Movement Studies. She received her Doctorate from Palmer Chiropractic West, where she was a Sports Council Member, an American Chiropractic Association Member, Clinical Competency Evaluation Program Tutor, and President of the Volleyball Club.
Dr. Smith is a Certified Personal Trainer (NCSF) and has helped many clients reach their goals. She specializes in Strength Training, Bootcamp, HIIT, Zumba, Hydrotherapy, and Therapeutic Rehabilitation.
Dr. Smith enjoys playing volleyball, working out, camping, dancing, and relaxing with the family by the fire.
