Michael Givens Biography

Dr. Micheal Givens was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. He is a board-certified and fellowship-trained medical doctor specializing in pain management.

He earned his undergraduate degree from Duke University. After completing his degree, Dr. Givens attended the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. He continued his medical training at UCLA by completing a residency program with a focus on physical medicine and rehabilitation. Once Dr. Givens finished his residency, he focused his area of practice with a fellowship in interventional spine and pain management.

Dr. Givens strives to provide an innovative treatment approach to musculoskeletal medicine and interventional pain management. He is dedicated to building an understanding of each patient’s unique needs so that he can provide the highest quality of care.
